Rebecca Gallardo, MA, LMHC, LMFT, NCC

As a dually licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Rebecca offers counseling support to individuals, couples and families navigating the challenges of daily life and relationships. She specializes in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship problems. 

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Davidson College, and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. While at Rollins, she earned a supplemental certificate in Family and Relationship Therapy. She completed her clinical practicum and internship at Agape Therapy Institute in Orlando, FL. She is trained in the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy.

Rebecca specializes in working with individual adults, individual children (age 8+), adolescents/teens, couples, and families. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes the role of the family system on individual wellbeing. She collaborates with clients to work toward increased insight and improved emotional and interpersonal connection, as a means to meaningful life change.  

Rebecca is a believer in nature as therapy, and enjoys spending her downtime in the woods. She is married and has two children in high school. She loves practicing yoga, traveling, backpacking, attending concerts, growing vegetables and flowers, and reading a good book or watching a wild Florida thunderstorm.
